One of Xero‘s stand out features is the ability to setup ‘live’ bank feeds which load your bank transactions into Xero for creating transactions in your accounts or reconciling your bank account.  This automation means most most bank transactions are matched automatically, which can be a big time saver.

A single company licence allows you have as many users as you need access the system.  And you control what functions each user can carry out.  You can even invite your bookkeeper or accountant to access your data.
